Travel to Atlantis on Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas is a vacation that everyone in your family will always remember. It can be a once in a lifetime vacation for many because of it’s extravagant costs. But I’ve got a packing list of what you should bring to make your trip more affordable and convenient! Use this post to pack for your next beach destination!
Save so you can Splurge!
You know I’m a pretty frugal mom and Bahamas is EXPENSIVE! It’s best to over-pack then have the need to replenish your supplies while you are there. You will be forced to pay up to 4 times the price you would pay back home for the same thing. We’re talking $20 for a daiquiri, $4.50 for a can of soda, bottle of water or bag of chips and $25 for a bottle of sunscreen. The way I see it is you can save by not spending a lot of money on the little items so that you can splurge on a couple of the amazing excursions.
Many of these items can be used for just about any tropical vacation. We pack much of the same items when we go on our Hawaii trips too. This video covers everything on my list!
